- Process and route your bulk WhatsApp campaigns and API webhook requests.
- Manage your subscription, billing, and generate invoices via Razorpay.

- Monitor infrastructure health and prevent abusive or illegal activity on the platform.
3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including AES-256 encryption, to protect your personal data and uploaded contact lists. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact lists or campaign data to any third parties. Your data remains your property.
4. WhatsApp Ban Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WASurfer Connect provides the software infrastructure to route your messages to the WhatsApp network. We do not control WhatsApp's (Meta's) internal algorithms, spam filters, or policy enforcement.
By using our service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that WhatsApp reserves the right to ban, block, or suspend any phone number or account at their sole discretion if they detect spam, unsolicited messaging, abnormal sending patterns, or violations of their Commerce and Terms of Service policies.
WASurfer Connect is entirely indemnified and NOT responsible or liable for any WhatsApp account suspensions, number bans, loss of data, or resulting business losses.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their contact lists are opt-in, their messaging content is compliant, and their sending frequency adheres to WhatsApp's anti-spam guidelines. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions in the event of a WhatsApp number ban.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal information and campaign data only for as long as your account is active. If you choose to cancel your subscription and delete your account, your data (including uploaded contacts and media) will be permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.
